Many people wait for community to show up before they allow themselves to grieve. When no one is available, grief turns inward and hardens. The deeper issue is rarely isolation alone. It is that community is treated as a solution, when in reality it is a condition that must be learned. Inside this practice, you will learn how to stay in relationship with grief whether you are alone or with others, and how shared presence begins in the body before it ever becomes interpersonal.
