Origin Story

From Music to Momentum

Greetings, I’m Osiris Booque. As a lifelong musician and performer, my pivotal moment arrived when I realized that creative expression alone wasn’t enough. I needed practices that could sustain not just the body and spirit, but the psychosocial-emotional coherence required to build a career and life with purpose.

That realization set me on a path from the stage to the therapy room, through thousands of hours of rigorous clinical training, embodied awareness practices, and deep personal transformation. Today, I bring the full spectrum of that journey into every session, helping professionals and creatives translate clarity into momentum.

My work lives at the intersection of ancestral wisdom and evidence-based practice, creating brave spaces where psychosocial-emotional coherence becomes the foundation for meaningful professional and personal growth.
